Refund policy

The order can only be canceled if it has not yet been handed over to the courier. From the moment the tracking number of the order was sent by email, cancellation is no longer possible.

Products can be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, provided that the products are sealed and contain the original packaging.

The buyer will bear all return costs, and the refund will be made within a maximum of 5 working days from receipt of the return.
